With my virtual design services, I can help you spruce up your home to make a shelter-in-place order feel a little more like a "staycation".
Depending on your needs and budget, you can choose from the following virtual design packages that will get the ball rolling on that project you’ve been putting off for so long. No more staring at that area rug you hate or tripping over the shoes piled at the front door - let me help you make progress on your home improvement list!

VIDEO CHAT CONSULTATIONS
• HOURLY CONSULTATIONS - $175 / HOUR (can be broken into multiple scheduled sessions)
Tackling a project on your own and need a professional eye or a recommendation? I'm here for you! I'm available for video chat consultations to help you make decisions like a pro.
This service includes face-to-face video chats providing:
- Expert advice on how to execute a future renovation wisely
- Professional guidance on setting a realistic budget for your goals
- Designer's opinion on items & materials, which you have already selected for your project
- Product recommendations and sources
- Tricks of the Trade: staging & accessorizing
- Answers to miscellaneous questions
• THE REARRANGE PACKAGE - STARTING AT $550 / ROOM
On a tight budget? No problem! I can help you rearrange a room using your existing furniture and decor! It’s amazing how much of a transformation can take place by simply re-envisioning what you already own in a new way that you haven't considered before!
This service includes:
- One 30-minute video chat session to see the existing space and to discuss goals for the redesign
- Furniture layout plan using Client-provided photographs and measurements of room and furniture pieces
- Instructions for implementation
- One 30-minute video chat session to assess the result and discuss any final tweaks or changes
How it Works: First we will start with a video tour of the space and chat about your goals and desires for the redesign. With my detailed instructions, you’ll send me photos & measurements of your room of choice, and dimensions of any furniture, area rugs, and decorative lighting. Include photos & measurements of items from other rooms that are “fair game” and could be used as substitutes or additions to the space. In return, you will receive a revised floor plan with each item labeled so you know exactly where to put what! Once you've completed the project, you'll give me a final tour and make any adjustments if needed.
• THE REFRESH PACKAGE - STARTING AT $900 / ROOM
If most of what you own works great, but you’re missing a few pieces, this package is for you.
This service includes:
- One 45-minute video chat session to see the existing space and discuss budget, style preferences and goals for the redesign
- One furniture layout plan using Client-provided photographs and measurements of room and existing furniture
- Designer guidelines and recommendations for new furniture
- Itemized list of new furniture and decor items with estimated budget for each item
- Size requirements and vendor recommendations for each item
- Instructions for implementation
- One 30-minute video chat session to assess the result and discuss any final tweaks or changes
How it Works: First we will start with a tour of the space and chat about your budget, goals and desires for the room. You’ll send me photos & measurements of your room of choice, as well as any furniture, area rugs and decorative lighting you want to keep. Include photos & measurements of items from other rooms that are “fair game” and could be used as substitutes or additions to the space. In return, you will receive a revised floor plan with each item labeled and an itemized list of the “missing pieces”, including ideal sizes and recommended sources for you to purchase the items to finish your space. Need help finding the perfect piece? Consider adding “Shopping Services” to your design package to execute your project with professionally catered items delivered to your door! • THE REDESIGN PACKAGE - STARTING AT $1200 / ROOM
Want to start from scratch? I can help you create a functional layout for your room and help you transform it into a space you love.
This service includes:
- One 45-minute video chat session to see the existing space and discuss budget, style preferences and goals for the redesign
- Two furniture layout options using Client-provided photographs and measurements of room
- One 30-minute video chat session to discuss new layout and develop a strategy to implement new design
- Itemized list of new furniture and decor with estimated budget for each item
- Product research and item recommendations (includes 2 hours of "Shopping Services")
- One 30-minute video chat session to assess the result and discuss any final tweaks or changes
How it Works: First we will start with a tour of the space and chat about your budget, goals and desires for the redesign. You’ll send me photos & measurements of your room of choice, as well as inspiration images of style preferences. In return, you'll receive two furniture layouts, which we will review together. Once you have selected your favorite layout, you will receive a comprehensive shopping list of items, including ideal sizes and recommended sources for each. Once you have completed your design, you'll give me a final your of your new space and make any adjustments if needed.
• SHOPPING SERVICES- $175 / HOUR
Using my extensive knowledge of resources, I will help you achieve the look you’re aiming for within your budget. For your ease, you can purchase these items through Rebecca Quandt Interiors, and we will manage all aspects of the order for you!
How it Works: Send me your budget and images of your style preferences. Together, we will work out a shopping list with an allowance breakdown for each item that makes the most sense for achieving your project goals.
In return, I will research and present to you 1-2 options for each item on your shopping list. You can choose to purchase these items on your own or speak with me about purchasing the items through Rebecca Quandt Interiors (I will manage all aspects of your order and unlock access to trade-only discounts!)
