CONTEMPORARY KITCHEN

This outdated Baldwin Hills convent needed a major update to be suitable for this single mother and teenage daughter on a budget. The kitchen was completely overhauled by removing all of the existing cabinetry, demolishing the tile floor, and increasing the ceiling height. By removing the wall between the breakfast nook and the formal dining area, an open-concept layout made the kitchen feel open, airy, and spacious. Ikea SEKTION cabinets, faux hardwood flooring suitable for the family's pets, and quartz countertops, this contemporary open-concept kitchen transformation was the perfect affordable solution for a budget of only $25,000.
